Welcome !

The Atascocita United Methodist Church chartered Cub Scout Pack 56 in 1986 to provide the Scouting program to young boys from the area. The Pack currently has over 50 registered youth and the monthly Pack meetings are held at the AUMC Life Center. We welcome those who are interested in learning more about the Scouting adventure.

Dave Hopkins has secured a tour for Pack 56 at The Houston Police Academy at Intercontinental Airport this Saturday morning at 10 am .

Den Awards for the April 2012 Pack Meeting are due on 4/19 by midnight!

Our new website has a great event signup feature! You can now signup for campouts online. Simply pick the event (ie. March 13th campout) and select your scout, add the number of people attending, and you can even add special notes like "coming Saturday morning".
